Where did you get this from?  I don't recognize the format.  Anyway, I
can guess...

OK, this looks like BSD/OS 3.0.  As I said before, FreeBSD is
compatible.

OK.  This doesn't tell us much more, except that the server appears to
be somewhere in Northern California.

This looks like some sort of config stuff for a specific package.
None of it looks difficult to handle: it's the standard X library.  If
you tell us what package it is, we might be able to tell you more.  If
you can get the binary, there's a good chance that it will run on
FreeBSD unchanged.
