https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D269813 Bug ID: 269813 Summary: lang/python3: Bug in all current python variants Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: python@FreeBSD.org Reporter: laszlo@karolyi.hu Flags: maintainer-feedback?(python@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: python@FreeBSD.org There is a bug in python that causes the python process to hang upon exitin= g. I've spent 2 days with investigating, to arrive to the conclusion that it's present in all current python variants. The github issue about the bug is here: https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/102126 I'm using python3.10.10, to which this fix will come out with the next rele= ase, that is 3.10.11, around the beginning of April. I've been hit severely by this bug on many of my servers, including CI and production servers. In the meantime, I've downgraded to 3.10.9 from the sou= rce manually, but it would be nice to get a hotfix release from 3.10.10 until t= he next release will arrive with the bugfix. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
