I've committed fixes for the two write(2) bugs:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/lib/libc_r/uthread/uthread_write.c.diff?r1=1.20&r2=1.21
I'll leave the execve() bug for others to consider; it's not clear
what the right thing is.
