Log:
  A few final tweaks to the 2015Q4 report
  
  Mostly surrounding the triage team: emphasize that it is open to
  the entire community, and remove a non-permanent link.
  
  Also deemphasize the importance of "developer", since submission for
  these reports is open to the entire community.
  
  Wordsmith the core report a little to avoid using "lesser" to describe
  issues.
