Oops, I wrong. It's actually less then that... the network counters
overflowed. More around 0.001%. That's relative to outgoing traffic,
not relative to network capacity. And, to be nice, I chose an
administrative server instead of a web server.
Web servers have even *lower* keepalive bandwidth utilization.
