            Bug ID: 205881
Summary: devel/py-pip: Add a warning against installing into
                    system site-packages with pip!

If pip is used to install software into system's site-packages, python pack=
ages
installed from ports later will conflict with that, if, for example, a comm=
on
dependency has been previously installed with pip and later is pulled in
through ports.

Need to add a warning to pip not to install packages into system's
site-packages, in form of a pkg-message.
