I've tried this numerous times, eventually having to cvsup back to 4.1.1
Has anything been done about RELENG_4 yet?

make installworld
mergemaster
reboot
Normally (as with 2 other boxes that worked fine) I would do; make world,
mergemaster, make new kernel and install, reboot. But this time I followed
the directions in /usr/src/UPDATING. Here's what happened ..
script /root/make-buildworld4 <-- in case something goes wrong the output
will be in that file.
start 4:50 PM 11/10/00 make buildworld error @ 6:42 PM 11/10/00 (see
below)....

after trying 'make' a few times with the results= stopping with different
results @ different times, I go back to what I
know has worked in the past= 'make world' this is what I get from 'make
world'
