I am using FreeBSD 4.4 and Qpopper 4.0.3.  Looks like everything =
installed properly and yet when I do a telnet localhost 110, I get the =
message "can not execute <the cmd line from inetd> and then permission =
denied?  What are they referring to.  This did work 3-days ago and then =
I had to start from scratch because of another related popper error
