While we are at it, linbot is no longer supported, and will
never be getting an upgrade.  Should this be removed from
the web build Makefile?  I think we still have the port
installed (and I was never even sure if linbot was used) or
should someone look into updating to the new linker or
whatever is produced by the person now?
