I have a DI 8100, and I load the maestro3 driver from loader.conf, the
way it should be loaded:

/boot/loader.conf:

snd_maestro3_load="YES"

Works like a champ for me. Others that have reported the same problem
say that when they switched to loader.conf, everything worked fine for
them.
