Wonderful rewrite for RCng era, thankyou :-) However, it would be
better that:

* list all files to be 'start'-ed,
* order these files by rcorder(8), then
* kick each script with argument 'start'.

How do you think about this?

I'm glad to see a new variable which enables to add (and/or remove)
files started by /etc/netstart.
