FAQ IIRC.
libkvm is out of sync.
cd /usr/src/lib/libkvm
make cleandir
make cleandir
make obj
make depend
make all install
cd /usr/src/bin/ps
make cleandir
make cleandir
make obj
make depend
make all install
This did work fine.

Did you actually install the kernel you built? This is a classic
kernel/userland mismatch symptom.
