I can now boot the ISO CD. (Thanks, John!) 2. My Ethernet card (Xircom RE-100) works, and shows no problems. I can boot with the card inserted, remove the card and re-insert, all with no problems. (I will try my Orinioco Gold tonight as I left it at home.) 3. I am NOT doing interrupt sharing (as far as I know). I'd like to try it, but I don't find any documentation on it. Guess I'll have to go back and try to reconstruct it from the mail threads. 4. dmesg looks a bit different, but not frighteningly so. 5. I am not using PNPBIOS, FWIW.
