I have not been experiencing that issue, and I don't know what could be causing it. Contrary to this problem I have absolutely no clue where to look at to fix that since I don't know how X11 clipboards work. I;m using VBoxSVGA driver on all my machines though, and really don't know what the point is of using VMSVGA, which looks like having less features.
