I guess I was too exited and didn't read it as close as I should have,
but
it wasn't a problem.

I installed it in /sys/i386/isa/snd but I don't see anything happening 
when I compile the kernel.  Could it be that I'm not telling it that I
want to
use this driver?
I also changed the soundcard.h and uncommented the #define USE_POLL Same
results:-)
