This has nothing to do with security.  If you have copyright concerns,
address them to FreeBSD's PR guy, Jordan Hubbard <jkh@FreeBSD.org>.  So
I've Cc:'d him.

If you ask me, that an IRC network is using FreeBSD.org's domain name
doesn't constitute copyright violation, particularly since it doesn't
resolve to anything belonging to them.  Regardless, perhaps a little
visit might succeed in persuading them to remove the name.

Also, I don't think you need permission to use any of the FreeBSD
banners available on www.FreeBSD.org, unless you are going to alter them
in some way.  Then you'll almost certainly need Marshall Kirk McKusick's
permission.  See http://www.FreeBSD.org/copyright/ for more information.
