Would I be correct in assuming that libmalloc is basically a dinosaur (if you happen to have it installed at all) that's been replaced by the malloc functions in libc/stdlib? (Which translates to, 'will removing -lmalloc on a program break it in any weird way I haven't anticipated)? It doesn't appear to, but I'd like to be sure.
