It looks like an endless bug. I have added to /etc/crontab this line as a
workaround:

10      6       *       *       1       root    /usr/local/sbin/apachectl s=
tart

It was solved, but broke again, then solved again and in future will probab=

break. But currently, after removing the PCRE2 PHP extension, signal 30 see=
ms
to be intercepted fine by Apache.
