It should contain the lines < dev/ata/atapi-all.c optional atapicam < dev/ata/atapi-cam.c optional atapicam after being patched. I forgot to apply this patch after the others and couldn't find the atapi drivers You don't need the cam patch as it provides additional debugging information if you run in to problems with the driver. I am running 4.7-RELEASE and have this patch applied and working.
