Hi,
I got a problem with sb awe 64 ISA. I ve edited
/boot/default/loader.conf and changed the value of snd_sb16_load to
"YES":
snd_sb16_load="YES" # Sound Blaster 16
And for example in xmms appears very thing - i press "play" and the
music is not going on but it looks rather this music stopped and not
even started. There isnt any error and everything looks ok.
cat /dev/sndstat

FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm)
Installed devices:
pcm0: <SB16 DSP 4.16> at io 0x220 irq 5 drq 1:5 bufsz 4096d (1p/1r/0v
channels duplex default)

dmesg|grep sbc
Preloaded elf module "/boot/kernel/snd_sbc.ko" at 0xc0a5f2a4.
sbc0: <Creative SB AWE64> at port 0x388-0x38b,0x330-0x331,0x220-0x22f
irq 5 drq 5,1 on isa0
pcm0: <SB16 DSP 4.16> on sbc0

Does anybody have any idea what to do ?

Best regards.
Jan Opacki.
