What's really odd is that I don't have any /dev/pcm*. I kldload'd snd_uaudio,
which showed in the dmesg output as creating pcm1, but there is no /dev/pcm1
either. Any ideas why I wouldn't have a pcm device show up in /dev, but is
created in the kernel?
