I have also run into this problem. I have a system running 11.2-RELEASE. I =
used
freebsd-update to upgrade to 11.3-RC3, wrote new boot blocks (/boot/zfsboot=
) to
all disks in the pool. After rebooting, I get the same "can't find pool by
guid" message (also 3 times) from the loader. I haven't tried the workaround
mentioned; I ended up rolling back to 11.2-RELEASE.
