As first step you need to commit unmodified version to vendor branch
(expect unneded stuff).
As I remember, current libncurses not commited properly and should be
removed, contact with Peter on this subject.
Then you need to commit FreeBSD-specific changes (like terminfo
taking out) separately to keep them for next upgrades.
