Hello, I would like to use SATA/IDE->USB converters to more conveniently access hard drives. However I also want to run with write caching disabled. Does anyone know if (1) I will be able to manipulate write caching through camcontrol as usual with USB mass storage devices, and (2) whether these SATA/IDE->USB converters typically propagate the write cache setting down to the drive? -- / Peter Schuller, InfiDyne Technologies HB PGP userID: 0xE9758B7D or 'Peter Schuller <peter.schuller@infidyne.com>' Key retrieval: Send an E-Mail to getpgpkey@scode.org E-Mail: peter.schuller@infidyne.com Web: http://www.scode.org
