I suspect that what's in your photograph is (partly) normal for FreeBSD
14.0-CURRENT, in that not all components are downloadable, at installation
time, for CURRENT.

1) Please retry with the most recent installer for CURRENT, and re: the
screenshot at
<https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/bsdinstall/#bsdinstall-config-components>: 

* accept the default set of components that is offered by the installer.

2) If installation succeeds with those defaults, then start afresh and: 

* include the base-debug component. 

----

As far as I recall, a few months ago: 

* including any non-downloadable non-default component was enough to 
  (somehow) trigger failure to install available components.
