the audio cd sound is stuck to zero with a CMI8330 soundcard: the CD is
read, but there's no output on the speakers. Playing wav works fine.
And esd makes an horrible noise too.

on an i386, install a cmi8330 soundcard
in the kernel conf file:
device pcm
device sbc / or device csa, the result is the same

play a CD...
