Now that -current has the "magic" to allow smp-enabled kernels to run on = uni machines, would it be possible to allow DEVICE_POLLING be built into an = smp kernel; but have the relevant sysctl's default to disabled ? That way we could use polling on non-smp boxes and still only have to maintain one = kernel config ? Thanks in advance. --------------------------------------- Robin P.
