hi, I am using a etinc et5025-16 board that recives a 19,2 hdlc internet line on freebsd 3x-release, and we would like to upgrade using cvs, but, we dont know how upgrade process deal with the board loaded modules in kernel, i mean, the board came with kind of "drivers" and there is some .o files involved, so, how can i upgrade the kernel saving the board funcionality? also, each driver is designed for a especific kernel version (example, et5025-fbsd-4.1...etc)so, how is the whole upgrade? thanks alot for your comments, recently i read "adventure: upgrading freebsd" in daemonnews.com and it's pretty usefull.. a big hug to freebsd users worldwide. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
