I've seen it running, and we're doing what we can to evaluate it in-house with the FreeBSD Mall folks, but I can't comment on how it performs in production. As for commitment; Relex are a fairly large organisation (about 100 developers), and they have a sales/support branch in the USA, so I'm fairly comfortable with their level of commitment.
