Yes, I did chflags noschg /usr/obj; rm -rf /usr/obj. I don't know why /usr/obj/usr/Data/usr/src/i386/legacy/usr/include/c++ and /usr/obj/usr/Data/usr/src/i386/legacy/usr/include/c++/3.3 was not made.
