            Bug ID: 260896
Summary: The 14-CURRENT system hangs if kern.vt.splash_cpu is
                    set to 1 in loader.conf
           Product: Base System
           Version: CURRENT
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: kern
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: oleglelchuk@gmail.com

On 14-CURRENT, the system hangs if kern.vt.splash_cpu is set to 1 in
loader.conf. You can see BSD logos on your screen, but the system will
eventually hang. In the single-user mode, the system will fully crash a few
minutes after you login, and you will have to hold the power button to shut
down your computer and then press it again in order to start the computer.
This problem doesn't exist on 13-STABLE.
