ports/ must have either upstream or downstream maintainer to remain in
the tree. I'm still willing to maintain Yuzu (i.e., fix various issues)
and planned to add mirrors and mark DEPRECATED (without EXPIRATION_DATE)
until a new upstream appears.

OTOH, emulators/citra can be expired. Upstream disappeared as Yuzu
collateral, the port is outdated and there's no maintainer.
