The pwcheck_pam was recently added to the cyrus-sasl port at the request of
another user that wanted to use PAM, but wasn't able to use pwcheck_method:
pam due to the cyrus servers was running as the cyrus user and not root.

The documentation on the 'sasl_pwcheck_*' options is only in the pwcheck.sh
script.

Documentation on using PAM with cyrus-[sasl|imapd] should be under share/doc
and also in the cyrus mailing list archives.
