As I understand it, Oracle have "Oracle for FreeBSD" working already.

Oracle's network computer division (<URL:http://www.nc.com/>) uses 
FreeBSD as the OS, and their network computers run Oracle.

I *believe* that they aren't releasing it because they don't know whether
or not there's demand (and don't want to commit the sort of resources 
necessary for supporting it without knowing this). Contacting your Oracle 
rep. and telling him/her that there is demand for it can only help the
situation.
