Hi,

the new TYA JIT compiler version 1.5 (GPLed source code
suiteable for Linux and FreeBSD) is ready for download:

From TYA's release notes:

* This release fixes some bugs of v1.4.2 (look ChangeLog file).
* This release adds a more compatible class access mechanism
  on JDK1.2, so demo/test/InitTest.java is passed for the first
  time. At beginning this looks unimportant, but it is essential
  enough! There is software out there which will run the first
  time together with TYA (- but only on JDK1.2).
* This release adds a lot of special error tests. This can
  be checked by switching #define EXT_ERR.
