If you think you can trust the tarball, then doing: 'portupgrade -Rm NO_CHECKSUM=yes ImageMagick-5.4.4' should work. (man portupgrade is your friend) If you're trying to _resolve_ the checksum mismatch, I'm sorry, but I don't know how to do that.
