Log:
  Migrate the net80211 protocol specific use of M_FRAG, M_FIRSTFRAG and
  M_LASTFRAG flags to protocol specific flags.
  
  Remove the now unused M_FRAG, M_FIRSTFRAG and M_LASTFRAG mbuf flags.
  
  Discussed with:	trociny, glebius, adrian
