ok... I'll have to checkout the section 9 man pages...  as I'm running an
old snap that doesn't have many section 9 pages... so you suggest
screating something like a scsiconf.9 page that talks about how the quirks
work.. then point the users to the xx.4 driver page for driver specific
flags?
