Hi. I just upgraded my rather vintage 2.2.5-STABLE box to 2.2.6-BETA, and noticed that Xaccel causes my system to crash after a while. I am aware that some mmap() stuff was discussed here, and mention of Xaccel being a culprit. I was just wondering if the mmap() fixing caused the Xaccel server to break, or is it something else ? I'm busy trying XFree86 3.3, and so far, it hasn't given any problems. A visit to the Xinside site doesn't show any mention of the bug, or a upgraded/patched server release. Symptoms of the lockup are a complete hang whenever the X server is running. No caps, num or scroll lock, and it won't drop to the debugger either.
