having rebuilt port-upgrade, pkgdb and portupgrade now fail with:
/usr/local/sbin/portupgrade:35:in `require': No such file to load -- pkgtools
(LoadError)
from /usr/local/sbin/portupgrade:35
anyone got a suggested fix?
