I always install WinXP first, as Win whipes out the MSB.  Then install 
FreeBSD.  You can setup the whole partitioning in Windows if you like 
(creating one additionally primary partition for FreeBSD), or do it in 
FreeBSD.  The FreeBSD utilities, though not as intuitive as graphical 
tools, but still very excellent.
