I have an existing FreeBSD installation with 2 drives (da0 and da1) and I installed a second copy of FreeBSD on the second drive (da1). I told it that one of the slices was / (da1s1e) and I didn't touch the MBR. The problem is that FreeBSD still wants to boot off the first drive. How do I make it not only boot off the second drive but somehow tell it that da1sX is / ? Will installing the FreeBSD boot manager erase any of my first installation ? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
