It can be used in input of mklocale(1), and I checked whether this definition is correct. I wish it will be available in next FreeBSD-current release. After submitting this to freebsd-hackers mailing list(but I didn't subscribe to it), someone in freebsd-hackers says to use send-pr for checking it.
