Actually, those were not exactly the kind of hangs I was referring to. If
you look further up this thread (which has everything to do with SMP and
very little with vn), you will find that these hangs always happen after
boot. They have been referred to as "lockups" also. 

Now, if FreeBSD wouldn't produce so many hangs on SMP systems, we wouldn't
be having all this confusion ;-)
