Update to 1.0.0

make test on amd64 15.0-RELEASE 100% successful.


This update has breaking changes and emulators/Ymir, our only consumer in the
ports tree, needs a small build fix to be compatible with it. I'll provide a
separate patch for emulators/Ymir immediately.
