Subject:   Server has a relatively high System CPU load - why?

Hi Guys,

I do not understand why the 'System' cpu load is 14.5% while the user cpu is only 3.7%?

Can somebody please explain this to me?

Furthermore: this is a webserver: how much more do you think it can have?
