kernel panic trace

I ran FreeBSD 14.3 with vnet jail and frr was installed in this jail also i
added mellanox connectx6 card to the jail. 

System worked normally: jail started, bgp established sessions and i got routes
in my route table after that i moved traffic to this node and the node crashed
with the panic.
