Can you try a new, fresh install of Ubuntu please? Your 128k record size might
be causing issues.

Also, can you only install using the apt-get mechanisms. There might be some
linuxism with docker/pod that is causing issues here.  See:

If that fails at that point, then there is something that Microsoft is checking
and not allowing for this to work (I used Windows Server back in the day).

We no longer use MSSQL as it is just too hard to keep working and SLOW. So I
don't have anything prod to check with further than this. Sorry.
