All it does is update the structure associated with the port. It
doesn't download new source and build and install it. That you have to
do. The cvsup does provide you with a mechanism to detect it with the
pkg_version -c or one of the other options. The output of pkg_version
is handy because it provides you with the directory that you have to
cd to in order to upgrade the port.
