Hi, I am searching for a new network card to test on a 4.3-REL system. For some reason the fxp driver (Intel pro/100) is causing problems. I am getting excessive timeouts and spontaneous reboots under heavy load. Do any of the other supported cards work well with 4.3-REL? Some of my problems may be due to using onboard Intel 82559. The mail archives showed several people having timeout or reboot problems with this chip set. Any other experiences with Intel 82559 based NIC? thanks, -- Craig Shaver, My Itty Bitty Dot Com POB 60458 Sunnyvale, CA 94088 (650)390-0654 http://www.progroup.com/ mailto:craig@progroup.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hardware" in the body of the message
